Thomas Appleman

CUYAHOGA FALLS – Thomas Humm Appleman, 99, passed away September 2, 2021. He was a lifelong Cuyahoga Falls resident. Tom was a WWII veteran serving his country in the U.S. Army going on to retire from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in 1984.

Preceded in death by his brothers, Richard and Robert; he is survived by his sister, Lois Koplin; nieces and nephews, Clifton Koplin, Joni (Chris) Kennedy, Kurt (Brenda) Appleman, Nora Ott, Amy ( Jim) Collins; great-nieces and nephews, Kelly Kennedy (Martyn), Thomas (Shauna) Kennedy, Richard (Mollie) Koplin, Robert Koplin; and many other family and friends.

The family will be having private services. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to Cuyahoga Falls Good Neighbors. Arrangements entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
