Al Sherry

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Al R. Sherry, 79, passed away October 29, 2010. Mr. Sherry was born in Pittsburgh, PA and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls and Kent most of his life. He had worked in entertainment, traveling the East Coast playing the keyboard and later sold real estate and was a landlord. He had served with the National Guard.

Preceded in death by his parents, Al Sherry and Anna Skarzynski and brothers David and Donald, he is survived by his wife of 31 years, Claudine; former wife, Terry Sherry of Kent; sons and daughters-in-law, Greg and Susan Sherry of Munroe Falls and Mark and Susie Sherry of Randolph; grandchildren, Alissa, Laura, Nathan and Summer; sister-in-law, Vivian Dee and nephew David Skarzynski, both of Irwin, PA.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Sunday, Oct. 31 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Monday, Nov. 1, Pastor Dennis Shawhan and Pastor John Wiseman officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
