Aldo Viola

Aldo M. Viola, 90, died February 22, 2007. Mr. Viola was born in Nebraska and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls the past 85 years. He retired from Falls Stamping and Welding Co. in 1970 as a welding supervisor with 40 years service and enjoyed horse racing, gardening and his grandkids.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lexie L.; parents, Charles and Antonia Viola; step-son, Edward Berry and grandson, Edward Berry II and is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and William Mohn of Barberton; daughter, Thelma Viola of Cuyahoga Falls; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Jackie Viola of Stow; daughter-in-law, Amy Berry of Barberton; grandchildren, Joe (Denise) Viola, Wendy Viola (Tom), Chris Viola, Alice (Danny) Luciano and Dick Berry; numerous great-grandchildren and grand dog, Allie.

The family would like to express special thanks to the staff at Hospice of Summa for their exceptional care.

Friends may call from 7:00 to 9:00 pm Monday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Tuesday, Rev. Kirk Bruce officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
