Amelia Dallas

AKRON-Amelia Dallas, 92, passed away August 2, 2015. She was born in Akron and also lived in Tallmadge. Amelia was involved for most of her life in the restaurant business and she and her husband owned and operated the Town Crier in Norton. She enjoyed traveling, going to parties and especially loved her gambling trips.

Preceded in death by her husband, Peter; siblings, Vivian Patrino, Nicholas Polefrone, Phillip Polefrone and Anna Sue Katanic; she is survived by her sisters, Elizabeth Hill and Rita Grescovich; brothers, Joseph (Mae) and Frank (Shirley) Polefrone; sister-in-law, Chris (George) Matheos, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends may call at 10 AM, 1 hour prior to an 11 AM funeral service, on Thursday August 6, 2015 in the Clifford-Shoemaker 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. Rev. John Schluep will be officiating. Interment Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made in her name to a charity of your choice.
