Ann Lawrentz

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Ann C. (Benefield) Lawrentz, 69, of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away January 2, 2011 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Zanesville, OH, she was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls for 60 years, and was a 1959 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. She enjoyed animals and writing letters.

Preceded in death by her beloved husband and high school sweetheart, Melvin "Sonny" Lawrentz, she is survived by her children, Jay and Pam Lawrentz of Tallmadge and their children, Tyler, Mitchell and Kerri; and Jeff and Robin Lawrentz of Cuyahoga Falls and their children Jesse, Amanda, Tanner and Colton; also survived by great-grandchildren Aden and Austin.

At her request, there will be no calling hours. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
