Anthony R. Donatelli

Tony Donatelli, 52, ended his battle with cancer on August 14th, 2024 leaving a heartfelt legacy. He will always have a special place in the hearts of his loved ones including, love of his life and partner Jennifer, mother Ginger, son Anthony, daughter-in-law Autumn, and little buddy Roman. Also remembered by nieces Kate, Damaya, and nephews Isaac and Miles. In the afterlife, he reunites with his grandfather Rudy, father Ronald, brother Joe and a lively group of family and friends.

A graduate of Tallmadge High, Tony's upbringing involved playing drums, skating at Rockies, and capturing hearts. Over 27 years, he dedicated himself as a committed 310 laborer.

His love for music began in his early teenage years, drumming in local bands. Tony brought stages to life with bands like 'Night Train' in the 90’s and paid tribute to rock legends in 'Them Bones,' honoring the iconic Alice in Chains. When not drumming, he enjoyed riding his 2023 Road King on back country roads and finding dive bars with really cold cheap beer and Keno. Keep rock’n and riding up there, Tony - the music never stops! 

Tony’s celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 25th at the Akron Turner Club (547 Munroe Falls Rd, Tallmadge, OH 44278) from 5pm-8pm.
