Ardeth Gurnik

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Ardeth Gurnik, 86, passed away November 15, 2008 with her family by her side. She was born in Akron where she had resided most of her life, lived in Cuyahoga Falls the past 1? years and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Preceded in death by her husband, Alexander; son, Stephen A.; parents, George and Clara Deitle; brother, Dewitt and sisters, Dolly and Annabelle, she is survived by her grandsons, Stephen Gurnik and Ryan (Tracee) Gurnik; great-grandchildren, MaLayla and Terreance; sister, Nellie Weyrick; brother, Albert (Mabel) Deitle and nephews, Fred Bell, George (Barbara) Ortopan, Terry Smith, David Smith, Robert (Barbara) Bell.

The Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Tuesday in the The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 7:00 pm Tuesday. Final resting place Chestnut Hill Memorial Park.
