CUYAHOGA FALLS- August “Augie” Williams Jr., 74, passed away on January 14, 2024. Augie was born on January 20, 1949, to the late August Sr. and Betty Williams. Augie proudly served his country in the United States Army as an M.P.. He retired from Acme Fresh Market in 2004. He was a member of the Eagles.

Proceeded in death by his partner of 30 years Rita Williams.

Augie will be missed by his children, August (Tia) Williams III, Michael (Becky) Williams, Sarah (Josh) Bates; grandchildren, Paige, August IV, Josiah; Brother, Harry (Denise) Williams; sisters, Carol, and Diane; many other family and friends.

There will be a celebration of life at the Eagles in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, Aerie 2207, 2244 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221 from 5pm to 7pm on Friday January 19, 2024.

Augie would like to say that his children wrote this obituary, and he did not give his consent to any of this and this feels like a kick in the nuts.
