Barbara Johnston

MUNROE FALLS - Barbara Johnston, 78, died June 7, 2010. She was born in Coal Run, OH in 1931,graduated from high school at 16 and went to Texas and became and Avon District Manager. She later moved to San Francisco and worked for Larry Larson, Inc. She traveled the world, the Orient and Europe several times.

She leaves behind many loving and devoted friends, as she was one of the most loving and caring individuals you could come across.
After living in CA for over 30 years, she came back to OH and her loving sister, Beverly Jean. She spent winters in FL and back to OH for her remaining days. She was amazing at trivia, scrabble and any other interesting facts you would ever need to know.

She is survived by her loving sister, Beverly Jean and Jean's dog Benji; sister-in-law, Karen Wagner; nieces, Connie and her husband, Jack and Kimberly and her husband Frank; great-nieces and -nephews, Kelly, Jacquelene, John and Ben and their families. The memorable and unforgettable times shared with this great lady, Barbara Johnston, will always be treasured.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 10:00 am Friday June 11, 2010 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Rev. Paul Beal officiating. Friends may call for one hour prior to service time. Interment Beverly Cemetery in Beverly, OH.
