Barbara Shuber

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Barbara Jane Shuber, 66, passed away November 30, 2015. She was born in Akron and resided in Stow for the past 32 years. She graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School and attended Kent State and the University of Akron. Barbara served as a Youth Advisor for the United Presbyterian Church in Cuyahoga Falls and the Stow Presbyterian Church. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician and enjoyed cooking and catering. Barbara loved the Lord and teaching the youth.

Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Hope Shuber; she is survived by her sisters, Josie and Ellen Shuber; dogs, Abby and Rita.

Friends may call from 5-7 PM on Thursday December 3, 2015 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221, where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday December 4. Pastor Adam Marquette will be officiating. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to The Humane Society of Greater Akron 7996 Darrow Rd.
