Barbara Sutter

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Barbara Jean Sutter, 82, passed away November 7, 2016 at Heather Knoll Nursing Home due to complications of dementia.

Barbara was born December 18, 1933 to Harlan and Helen Hayes and lived her entire life in Cuyahoga Falls graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in January1952. She worked for Ohio Edison for 10 years. She married Robert on June 5, 1953 and was a Cub Scout Den Mother and a Girl Scout Leader, a member of the First United Methodist Church, sang in the Epworth Choir and was a choir mother many years.

Preceded in death by her parents and son, Mark R. Sutter, she is survived by her husband of 63 years, Robert; daughter, Mary and son-in-law William Blake of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren, Ashley and Brandon Blake and many friends.

Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 10, in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday November 11, Dr. David Baker officiating.
