Betty Bucy

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Betty K. Bucy, 83, passed away October 18, 2010. Mrs. Bucy was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls most of her life. She retired in 1988 as manager/secretary for Prudential Bache with over 40 years service and was a member of American Business Women's Assoc. (ABWA), Oasis and the 12th Armored Division Hellcats Aux. where she enjoyed their conventions and wrote for their newsletter. She enjoyed traveling, reading, her kitty cats and especially her child hood sweetheart, Richard.

She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Richard; brother, Carl Hooper Jr. of Monterey, CA; niece, Susan Decker and nephew, Robert Hooper.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:30 pm Monday, Oct. 25 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 10:00 am Tuesday, Oct. 26, Rev.
