Betty Kolacz

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Betty L. Kolacz, 95, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 27, 2016.

She was born in Diamond, Ohio to Charles and Myrtle Champagne. She retired from the Rex Humbard Ministry. She loved and trusted Jesus through all the trials of life she faced. She was an amazing mother who raised her three children by herself after the premature death of her husband. We will never forget you Mom. You sacrificed so much for us.

She was preceded in death by parents, husband, Stanley Kolacz, son, Richard Kolacz and sister Verna Beck. She is survived by her son, Robert (Kathy) Kolacz, daughter, Patricia (Ronald) Root; grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Brindle, Joseph (Mary) Kolacz, Heather (Christopher) Brown, Kevin (Patrice) Root, Christopher (Kathleen) Root; great grandchildren, Victoria and Johnathan Kolacz, Riley Root, Kai and Isla Brown; sister, Blanche Sheppard and brother, Charles Champagne.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 Tuesday, November 1 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls where friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service, Pastor Ryan Rodeman officiating. Interment Charlestown Township Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the Haven of Rest Ministries, P.O. Box 547, Akron, OH 44309-0547 or Grace Church of Bath, 754 Ghent Rd, Akron, OH 44333. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
