Betty Maddy

CUYAHOGA FALLS – Betty A. (Brown) Maddy, 66, went home March 19, 2018, to be with her Lord and Savior. Betty was born in Akron and resided the last few years in Cuyahoga Falls. She loved gardening and gospel music. Her family was very important to her.

She was preceded in death by her husband H. Matt Maddy, grandchildren Meagan and Michael Scoggins, nephew Carson Newman; survived by children, Laura (Brian) Scoggins, Jeffrey Teal, Calvin (Cyndi) Teal, Jonathan Maddy; many grandchildren and one great-grandson; Sisters Linda Mesher, Lou Ann (Dale) Dunn, and Dorene Lee; many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity of choice. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
