Betty Sabino

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Betty L. Sabino, 83, passed away April 2, 2010. She was born in Bellaire, OH and resided in Cuyahoga Falls most of her life. -She graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1946 and worked as a cafeteria manager for the Woodridge school system. She was a member of the MSC Auxiliary Club, the International Institute of Akron, the Woodridge PTA, the Girl Scouts, Volunteered with the Salvation Army, and was a member of the Senior Lunch Bunch class of 45 and 46.

Preceded in death by her parents; she is survived by her husband Sam; her children Ronald (Kathy) of Cuyahoga Falls, Renee (Todd) Patterson of Wooster, Randy (Fran) of Cuyahoga Falls, and Robin McIntyre of Akron; 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; and a special foreign exchange daughter, Luz Elena deMossuto.. The Family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Rockynol nursing home and Senior Independence Hospice.

Friends may call from 5-8 on Thursday in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, Oh 44221, where a MSC Auxiliary service will be held at 7 PM, and a funeral service will be held at 2:00 on Friday. Fr. John Terzano will be officiating. Interment will be at Oakwood Cemetery immediately following the service.
