Carol Frazier, age 64 years, of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and recently of Anaheim, California passed away early on February 6th due to complications of Alzheimer’s Disease. Carol was the daughter of Dr. Harold Allistone Frazier and Audrey Rose Frazier. She was born in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio at Green Cross General Hospital (now Western Reserve Hospital) on December 20th, 1960.

Carol was a truly special person with Down Syndrome who was full of love and laughter. Carol was passionate about writing and coloring on her reams of paper and shuffling cards. One of her biggest pleasures was eating chocolate. Another source of real joy for Carol was participating in the Special Olympics. She was an outstanding athlete and particularly enjoyed swimming. She won numerous Special Olympic medals over the years and wore them with such pride.

Carol was a graduate of the Weaver School and Sheltered Workshop (now Weaver Industries) in Tallmadge, Ohio. During her adult years, Carol was an active and productive member of the community in positions that included working at a car wash in Stow, OH and working, with great satisfaction, in the kitchen of Integrity House in Orange, CA.

Carol is survived by her siblings and their spouses: Karen Lynne Frazier Tsai (Chen-Lung Tsai) Brea CA, Harold Allistone Frazier II (Aletta Ann Bork Frazier), Kensington MD, Jean Ann Frazier (Sherry Lee Winternitz) Provincetown MA, Robert George Frazier (Susan Larson Frazier) Cary NC; Nieces and Nephews and Spouses: Amy Pei-Je Tsai Wong (Kevin Matthew Wong), Los Angeles CA, Lindsay Yi-Chen Tamchin (Holden Wade Tamchin), Los Angeles CA, Ian Allistone Frazier, Rockville MD, Duncan Casimir Frazier, Oak Ridge, TN, Elizabeth Kana Scheanon, Clarksville, TN (Phillip Michael Scheanon), Olivia Page Frazier, Ames Iowa; grandnieces: Kaleia Noelle Wong and Haven Kennedy Wong, Los Angeles CA.
