Cecil McKinney

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Cecil R. McKinney "Bones Mac", 97, died at his residence October 9, 2011. Mr. McKinney was born in West Union, WV, attended Lower Long Run School and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1967, moving there from Akron. He retired from Ford Motor Co. as a Tool and Die Maker with 25 A½ years service and was a member of the Friendship Bible Church in Randolph.

Preceded in death by his wife, Wynetta; son, Wayne W. McKinney; brother, Wayne B. McKinney and sister, June Davis, he is survived by children, Larry L. McKinney (Patricia) of Grand Rapids, MI, Judith McKinney-Pulliam (John) of Sandusky and Jill McKinney of Cuyahoga Falls; daughter-in-law, Karen McKinney of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Donna Jackson, Scott, Robert, and Daniel McKinney, Chad and Christopher Pulliam, and Melanie Gray; great-grandchildren, Jacob & Jennifer Hoover, Amanda Hawks and Rebecca Jackson, Cody, Nadia, Melia, and Rocky Wayne Gray, Connor John and Emaline Marie Pulliam, Ciara McKinney, Brittany Duty and Anthony Higgins and great-great-grandchildren Jaden and Tara Lynn Swick.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, Oct. 13 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls where at funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, Oct. 14, Pastor William Johnson officiating.
