CUYAHOGA FALLS - Charles 'Jack' Powers, 74 passed away July 14, 2007.
Born in Akron, Jack was a life resident of the area. He was self employed as a real estate Broker and served in the Navy during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Kay, in March of this year. He is survived by children Daniel Powers and Lisa (Bill) Vodney, both of Cuyahoga Falls; granddaughter, Sarah Vodney; brother Lewis (Dorothy) Powers, Jr.; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Friends may call at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., from 6 to 8 pm on Wednesday, July 18th, where a Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am, Rev. Dianne Shirey officiating. Interment in Chestnut Hill Memorial Park.
