Cindy Diane Owens

Cindy Diane Owens, 56, passed away on Saturday, November 19, 2022. Cindy was born on June 4, 1966 to Raymond Ambroziak and Joan (Murphy) Lopresto in West Chester, PA. She graduated from Medina High School, Medina, OH.

Cindy married Richard Owens on October 20, 1990, at Oak Hill Presbyterian Church in Akron, OH. They resided in Wadsworth, OH and Forest Hill, MD. They have been residents of Cuyahoga Falls since 1999. Cindy was employed by Woodridge Local Schools for 14 years.

Preceded in death by her mother, Joan, and stepfather, David. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Rick; children, Joshua (Courtney), Jeremy (Sarah), Brennan (Victoria), and Christian (Ashley); grandchildren, Lydia, Evelyn, Theodore, Magdalena, Kit, and Braxton; father, Raymond (Monica) Ambroziak; sister, Tracey (Tim) Murphy; nephew, Matthew (Kristin) Murphy; niece, Taryn (Luke) Busson; along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Cindy will be remembered for her willingness to help everyone from friends to strangers, her constant crafting, picture taking, scrapbooking, and love for her children, grandchildren and dogs. She was a second mom to many and welcomed everyone into her home. She will be greatly missed by all.

Friends may call 2 hours prior to a 1 PM Memorial Service on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
