Constance Anderson

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Constance Thelma (Leavitt) Anderson, 87, passed away January 22, 2011. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and resided in the Akron area for many years. She spent most of her time as a homemaker and served as a charter member of the Cuyahoga Falls Women's Club, a member of the Jr. League of Akron, on the Akron General Women's Board and on the Stan Hywet Halls Women's Board. She was very involved at St. Paul's Episcopal Church where she was a member of the Altar Guild and Quiet Community.

Preceded in death by her husband, Frank and parents, Connie and Ed Leavitt; and sister, Nancy Saum; She is Survived by her daughters, Connie (Dave) Kneil of Cuyahoga Falls, Marti (Tim) Granchi of Rochester, MI and Doris (Michael) Anderson McDonnell of Cuyahoga Falls; Grandchildren David (Regina), Bryan and Kristen Kneil all of Cuyahoga Falls, Michelle (Tim) Stiles of Ontario, Canada, Ed (Kristin) and Jason Granchi of Rochester, MI, Sheri McDonnell of Chicago and Rachel Anderson of Cuyahoga Falls; and 8 great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the staff of the Merriman and Tridia Hospice for their loving care of our mother.

Friends may call from 6-8 PM on Tuesday January 25th in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, January 26th at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1361 W. Market St., Akron, OH 44313. Interment at Glendale Cemetery immediately following the service.
