Cynthia "Cindy" Hampshire

CUYAHOGA FALLS- Cynthia Lee Hampshire passed away in her home on August 6, 2021.  She had fought with cancer.  Cindy was born in Akron, OH December 8, 1956 to Dale and Maxine Enlow.

Cindy grew up in Cuyahoga Falls.  She graduated from Falls in 1974.  She printed pictures for Fotomat and Konica.  Later she built thermocouplers at Clev. Elec. Lab.  The job she loved the most was being a stay at home mom, but she also enjoyed caring for many of her friends children over the years.  After her grandkids were born, she became "Grams."

Cindy was also creative.  She had no fear about gardening, cooking or anything else.  She was always funny.

Cindy is preceded in death by her parents, uncle Dave Enlow, and cousin Greg Enlow.

Cindy is survived by her husband of 40 years, Jim, son Jarrod and daughter-in-law Megan (Belknap), grandkids Julia and Blake, brother Scott (Sandy) Enlow, brother-in-law Jon (Leslie) Hampshire, nephew Jon (Lindsay) Hampshire, niece Emily (Jonathon) Holody, aunt Kathy Enlow, and cousin Jeff Enlow.
