Dale Klein

Dale R. Klein, 59, passed away December 25, 2016. He was a life-long Akron resident. Dale attended grade school at St. Paul going on to graduate from Garfield High School in 1976. He proudly served his country in the U.S.A.F. Dale retired from the American Red Cross after over 30 years of service. He enjoyed sailing, hiking, billiards, woodworking and motorcycle riding.

Preceded in death by his father, Raymond; he is survived by his loving wife, Kathy (nee Winkler); mother, Lucille; siblings, Dorothy (Charles) Diehl, Donald (Hazel), David (Ruth) and Dan; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 5:30-8 PM on Wednesday December 28, 2016 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM on Thursday December 29 at St. Paul Catholic Church 1580 Brown St. Akron, OH, 44301. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery immediately following. Memorials may be made to the Hospice of VNS 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron, OH, 44333. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
