David Heydorn

Cuyahoga Falls- David A. Heydorn, 52, passed away July 5, 2011. Mr. Heydorn was born in Akron and resided in Cuyahoga Falls most of his life, graduating from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1978. He was a latex compounder for Chemionics for 10 years and had served with the U. S. Air Force. He was an avid Harley Rider and was an awesome husband, father, son, brother and friend.

Preceded in death by his son, Samuel and father, Earl he is survived by his wife of 13 years, Clara; children, Shanna (Dan) O'Coin nee Styles, Felicia Shaffer, Thomas Bianchi, Rachael Bianchi; mother, Rosemary Heydorn of Cuyahoga Falls; siblings, Julie (Don) Miller, Laura (Steve) Domchick, Roseann (Jerry) Mader, Karen (Kevin Petush) Cottrill, Lisa (Chris) Cottrill and Thomas (Stacey) Heydorn; mother-in-law and her husband, Sue and Tom Opincar; father-in-law and his wife, Otis and Terrie Elkins and much extended family.

Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Friday July 8 in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Saturday, July 9 Pastor John McIntyre officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to service time. Military rites will be conducted by American Legion Charles Faust Post 281. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the Falls Cancer Club 2253 3RD St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. Arrangements handled by Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
