David Plymire

David E. Plymire, 88, born October 6, 1918, went home to be with his loving and Heavenly Father June 26, 2007. Dave retired from the Lawson Milk Co. in 1980. He was a Charter Member of Grace Baptist Church and was an avid baseball player and golfer.

Preceded in death by his mother, Isa May; father, David N.; stepmother, Cecil; brothers, Charles, Loren and Harold; 1 granddaughter and 1 great-granddaughter, he is survived by and will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 64 years, Louise; sister, Bernice; son, Larry (Louise); daughter, Diane Churtz (Bill); grandchildren, Dave Scupholm (Teresa), Tracy Harris (David), Michael Scupholm (Michelle), Cindy Carpenter and Jeff Plymire (Marjie). He also leaves 8 great-grandchildren, brothers and sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews and friends.
The Family would like to extend a special thank you to the Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service, especially Gail Kubick.

Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday and beginning at 10:00 am Thursday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, Pastor Phil Hulgin officiating. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to Hospice of VNS 3358, Ridgewood Road, Akron, OH 44333-6118.
