Denise B. Riney

Denise B. Riney of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away July 5, 2023 at the age of 78.  She was a ray of light to everyone she met and spoiled her loved ones rotten.  Denise loved to spend her time going to garage sales, antiquing, listening to Elvis and collecting Elvis memorabilia.  Denise was born and raised in the Catholic faith and we believe she is now with her family in Jesus' loving arms.

She retired from Packaging Corporation of America with several decades of service, and went on to work for many years as a receptionist at Altercare of Cuyahoga Falls.

Denise was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Riney; parents, Paul and Catherine D. (McGivern) Burg; sister, Catherine A. Burg, and brother, Paul Burg, Jr.

She is survived by sons, Todd and Sean (Tammy) of Cuyahoga Falls, grandchildren, Brandon Riney and Melissa (Andrew) Slabaugh both of Cuyahoga Falls; sister, Carole Neu-Louis of North Royalton; beloved nephew, Michael Neu; brother-in-law, Sam (Shelly) Riney of Sherman Oaks, CA; many nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Cremation has taken place and the family will be having private services. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to Rose's Rescue P.O. Box 33, Rootstown, OH 44272. Arrangements entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147
