Diane Arnold

Diane Lynn Arnold (Wilson), 65, passed away May 13, 2017.

Diane was born in Chillicothe, Ohio and had resided in the Cuyahoga Falls area since 1964. She was a 1969 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School and attended the University of Akron. She was primarily a homemaker devoting her life to loving and supporting her sons, Earl Jr. and Brad. She was involved in her immediate and extended family often visiting and supporting many family activities.

Diane was preceded in death by her mother, Delores B. Wilson, her husband, Earl Arnold, and brother, David Wilson. She is survived by her father, Harold E. Wilson; her children, Earl Jr. and Bradley; her brothers, Daniel Wilson (Sandy), and Andrew Wilson (Jeanne), and her sister, Erica Wilson; nephews, Daniel Wilson II, Matthew Wilson, Jack Wilson, Samuel Wilson and niece, Isabella Wilson.

The family is establishing a Memorial Scholarship in Diane's memory with the Cuyahoga Falls Schools Foundation and Alumni Association, 431 Stow Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221 to carry on Diane's commitment to the Cuyahoga Schools and the students who attend them. You are invited to join this effort.

The family will greet friends from 4 to 7 pm on Thursday, May 18, 2017 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221. A memorial service will be conducted Friday, May 19 at 11 AM at the funeral home with The Rev. Christopher Zeke Coughlin officiating.
