Dolores Ferguson

CUYAHOGA FALLS – On August 26, 2021, Dolores “Dee” Ferguson was welcomed into the arms of her Lord and Savior.
There to greet her were her parents, August and Leona Wilson; brother, Earl; husband, Edward and children, Edward Scott and Kathy.

She is survived by daughters, Lynn Dutt, Sue (Steve) Kerkez, Diane (John) Burton, and daughter-in-law, Teresa Ferguson. Grandchildren, Keli Dutt, Alexander and Austin Burton, and Edward Riley, Nettie, and Addie Ferguson.

Dee was born in Philadelphia, PA on March 17, 1930, and enjoyed celebrating her St. Patrick’s Day birthdays. She lived in Indianapolis, IN and Grand Rapids, MI before settling in Cuyahoga Falls, OH where she retired as an emergency room nurse from the former Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital. She was a faithful member of the Chapel in Akron and enjoyed traveling abroad, gardening, playing bridge and meeting people.

The family would like to thank the care team members at the Renaissance of Richfield/Bath for their compassionate care the past three years.
