Donald Fleming

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Donald H. Fleming, 69, born October 12, 1938 in Akron, OH, died February 27, 2008. A U. S. Navy Veteran, he was self-employed until his health forced him to retire.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert D. and Angela Fleming, an infant son, Patrick and two brothers, Leo B. and Gerald F. Fleming. He is survived by sons, Douglas (Andrea) Fleming of Akron, OH and Matthew (Nora) Fleming of Riga, Latvia and five grandchildren. He also leaves brothers, Herbert D. (Gayle) Fleming of Butler, PA, Richard (Sue) Fleming of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Steve (Linda) Fleming of Marietta, OH , sister, Rosemary (John) Appeldorn of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and sister-in-law, Linda Fleming of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He leaves many nieces and nephews and former wife and friend, Ann Fleming-McClure of Akron, OH.
A special thanks to Altercare of Cuyahoga Falls, particularly Rita and Cora. His talent playing the piano brought joy to many.
Per his request, there will be no calling hours. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Father Tom McCann will have a memorial mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church on March 15, 2008 at 11:30 am.
