Donald Geer

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Donald D. Geer, 84, passed away October, 10, 2015. He was born in Cleveland and resided in Canton before moving to Cuyahoga Falls. Donald received his Master's Degree from Case University before working for General Electric and the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. He was a man with many talents and hobbies, including photography, oil painting and model airplanes to name a few. Don enjoyed classical music and loved his family and pets.

He is survived by his children Jeanette (Bill) Douglas, Cheryl (Ivan) Ivanoff and James (Cheryl) Geer; step-children, Christine and Robert; grandchildren, Justin and Kevin (Kaylan) Brazelton, Alicia and Brianna Ivanoff, Aaron and Renee Geer; step-grandchildren, Brandy, Lynda, Tomas and Evan; great-grandchildren, Austin and Mia Brazelton; special cousin, Bill Dobscha; nephew, Rich (Mary Beth) Tanner.

Friends may call from 5-8 PM on Thursday October 15, 2015 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday October 16 at the Strongsville United Methodist Church 13500 Royalton Rd. Strongsville, OH, 44136. Interment West Park Cemetery 3942 Ridge Rd. Cleveland, OH, 44144. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to Pawsibilites, Humane Society of Greater Akron 7996 Darrow Rd. Twinsburg, OH, 44087.
