Dorothy Richert

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Dorothy J. Richert, 81, passed away July 22, 2007. Mrs. Richert was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls the past 47 years. She had worked for Ohio Bell retiring as supervisor with 38 years service, was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America and the Senior Aerobics Group and had volunteered at the YMCA.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Gene; son and daughter-in-law, Jack Raymond and Joni Farr of Northport, FL; 4 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren and brother, Ellsworth Meyers of Sarasota, FL.

A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Rev. Richard Gordon officiating. Friends may call for one hour prior to service time. Interment Rose Hill Burial Park.
