Eileen Babb

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Eileen B. Babb, 84, passed away August 31, 2007. Mrs. Babb was born in Jacksonville, OH and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1946. She was past president of VFW Ralph Huff Post 1062 Aux. and was a member of American Legion Charles Faust Post 281 Aux., Cuyahoga Falls Eagles 2207 Aux., the Deerfield Dandies Kitchen Band and the Polish American Club. She was also a 25 year member of the Falls Cancer Club and loved ballroom dancing and line dancing.
She is survived by her son, Ronald Lee of Cuyahoga Falls; daughters, Paula D. Christensen and Gail Ann Babb, both of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Daniel (Dana) and David Earlenbaugh, Jennifer Christensen, William Hunt, Keith Hunt, Breggetta Marvialla, Visa Bowen, Larry Culver and Vickie Culver (deceased); 6 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren and sisters, Chloela Basinais of Deerfield, Alberta Williams of Buford, GA, Glenna Gates of Akron and Rosemary Seay of Tallmadge and brothers, John Southard of Akron and Paul Southard of Deerfield and many nieces and nephews..
A Memorial Service will be conducted at 7:30 pm Thursday in Mogadore Baptist Church 3750 Albrecht Ave. Akron, OH 44260, Rev. Perry Chronister officiating. Friends will begin gathering at 7:00 pm Thursday. Inurnment Northlawn Memorial Gardens at the convenience of the family. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to the Falls Cancer Club P.O. Box 3244 Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
