Elbert Palmer

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Elbert M. "Dutch" Palmer, 94 passed away March 25, 2007.
Mr. Palmer was born in Stow, OH, graduated from Stow High School in 1931 and resided for many years in Cuyahoga Falls and Stow-Glen the past 11 years. He was a partner with his father in I. O. Palmer Construction and later worked in many capacities at the Flood Company and as a consultant for Keith Haag Architects. He was a lifetime member of the First Christian Church of Stow.
Preceded in death by his wife Martha and brothers Paul and Edwin, he is survived by his brother Dale (Elaine) Palmer of Stow; sister-in-law Agnes Palmer of Canfield, PA, many nieces nephews and cousins and special cousin Elizabeth Cowles.
A Graveside Service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Standing Rock Cemetery, 1361 Mantua St., Kent, OH, Rev. Mark Richardson officiating. The family requests contributions to the First Christian Church of Stow, 3493 Darrow Rd. Stow, OH 44224 in his memory.
