CUYAHOGA FALLS - Elizabeth Lee (Bettie) Johnson, 95, passed away May 20, 2016. Mrs. Johnson was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls for 47 years, moving there from Goodyear Heights. She retired in 1984 from MidWest Power, a subsidiary of the Ruhlin Co. as Finance Manager and had previously did office work for her husband's manufacturer's representative business. She was a former member of St. John's Episcopal Church and was an avid reader.
Preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd, son, Robert L., brother, Robert Williams and son-in-law, Joe Kovacich, she is survived by her daughter, Barbara Kovacich of Lexington, Twp.; daughter-in-law, Pat Johnson of Otis Orchard, WA; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
Services for Bettie will be private. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Friends of the Pound- Stark County, 1801 Mahoning Rd.
