Born and raised in Chicago, Il., she moved to Cuyahoga Falls in 1990.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by parents, Oscar and Edith Peterson, sister Martha Tilton, and sister E. Margaret Richardson. She is survived by niece, Donna (Fletcher) Carroll; nephew, Robert (Janet) Tilton; great nephew Richard (Jill) Carroll, great niece Laura (David) Landreth, great niece Sandra (Martyn) Aiken; great-great nieces and nephews, Jessica Landreth, Samantha Landreth, Austin Carroll and Connor Landreth.
There are no calling hours. Cremation has taken place. T
he family wishes to thank the staff at Ohio Living Rockynol and Hospice Care. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the 2018 Houston ELCA Gathering Fund at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 50 North Prospect St., Akron, OH 44304. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
