Betty Rae Bishoff, 86, passed away on 6/24/2014 after a short illness at home surrounded by her extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband Clay, her mother Helen, sisters Colleen Walz & Beverly Lange. Born on August 13, 1927 in Akron, OH, she graduated from Garfield High & attended The University of Akron. Loving mother of Colleen Pfahl, Frank (Beth) Pfahl, Beverly (Randy) Godding, David (Bobbie) Pfahl, stepmother to Steven (Barbara) Bishoff, Peggy Huffman, Kevin (Judy) Bishoff, Rae Brown, Drew Bishoff, many nieces, nephews, 17 grandchildren & 20 great grandchildren. She loved collecting stamps, had a tremendous sense of humor and danced through life with a smile for everyone. She will be truly missed by us all. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Assoc, 70 W. Streetsboro St, Ste 201, Hudson, OH 44236 or a charity of your choice. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 2:30 pm at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221 where visitation will start at 1 pm.
