CUYAHOGA FALLS - Essie "May" Brandt (nee Ferguson) passed away on January 24, 2016 at 95 years of age. Born Aug 3, 1920 in Ferrel, PA, moved to Concord, OH in 1932, and graduated from New Concord High School in 1939. She retired from St. Thomas Hospital working as a Patient Coordinator for 11 years.
Preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ethel Ferguson, husband, Vernon, daughter, Bonnie, 6 brothers and 2 sisters; she is survived by son, Tom (Cindy); grandchildren, Amy Piglia, Joey Piglia, Bill Brandt (Dawn), Tommy Brandt and 5-great-grandchildren; brother, Pete; sister, Margie.
There will be no calling hours and the family will have private services. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
