CUYAHOGA FALLS - Evelyn Faye Conley, 83, passed away June 19, 2009.
Mrs. Conley was born in Akron, Ohio and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1996, moving there from Burbank, Ohio. A loving wife and mother to her family she was very active in her church, the First Baptist Church of Akron where she sang in the choir and was Chairman of the Baptist Women's Association. She enjoyed traveling and was able to visit her family home in Switzerland in 2008.
Preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. and sister, Leona Dull, she is survived by her children, Pamela (Terry) Larson of Jacksonville, FL, Charles R. Conley of Boston, MA, and Keith Conley of Youngstown; grandchildren, Doug Csonka and Paul Csonka and many nieces nephews and good friends.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St, Cuyahoga Falls, where a Funeral Service will be conducted on Wednesday at 11 a.m. Rev T. Edward Holland officiating. Interment in South Jackson Cemetery, Creston Ohio. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Akron, 1670 Shatto Ave, Akron, OH 44313 in her memory. Tribute video will be available on our funeral home website.
