Frederic Wenk

Frederic Wenk, 77, passed away December 17, 2015. Mr. Wenk was born in Barberton and resided in Akron his entire life graduating from Coventry High School and serving his country in the U.S. Army. He retired from East Akron Casting Company and was devoted to his wife Sandy.

Preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Alice Wenk and wife of 50 years, Sandy. He is survived by his brothers, Howard (Bette) of Cuyahoga Falls and Russell (Janet) of Phoenix, AZ and many nieces, nephews and friends. Including family and friends, he will be missed by his loving dog Sammy.

Cremation has taken place and a private memorial service will be conducted at the convenience of the family. In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to American Lung Assoc., 6100 Rockside Blvd. Cleveland, OH 44131.
