Gary was born in Akron, OH, on March 15, 1952, was a lifelong resident of Cuyahoga Falls and worked as a journeyman book binder for 38 years. Gary enjoyed boogey boarding, kayaking, fishing and flying power kites at Carolina Beach, NC. Gary led a fun life with lots of love and laughter.
Preceded in death by his father Joseph "Babe" Moirano he leaves his wife Valerie, daughter, Mandy (Jon) Settle; mother, Margaret Moirano; brothers, Joseph and Michael Moirano; sister, Peggy Moirano; beloved dog Sheba and grand-dog Belle, three cats and five grand-cats.
There will be no calling hours or services. Memorials may be made to the Cuyahoga Falls Library, 2015 Third St, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221 or Second Hand Mutts, 2603 Scranton Rd, Cleveland, OH 44113. Arrangements handled by Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 330-928-2147.
