Gene Raymond Hill

Gene Raymond Hill, 92, passed away on December 30, 2024. He was born to the late Ira and Dorothy Hill on October 2, 1932. Gene was a man that enjoyed teaching others and being retired. Gene often commented he was retired longer than he taught. We must remember that a teacher never stops teaching. He always was willing to help others and teach when there was an opportunity. Gene always loved spending time with his wife Pauline of 73 years. The two of them lived a lifetime of love together.

Gene was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela; brothers, Frank, Jack, and sister-in-law Amelia.

He will be missed by his loving wife, Pauline; children, Michael (Susan), Teddy (Greg), Connie (Bob), Robin; 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; many other family and friends. 

There will be a visitation on Friday January 10, 2025, from 10am to 11am at the Clifford Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
