CUYAHOGA FALLS - George Parker, 88 passed away April 5, 2011 at the Gardens of Western Reserve.
Mr. Parker was born in Mooresville, NC, served in the Marines in WWII and has resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1951. He was the owner of Parker Machine and was active in the United Presbyterian Church serving as Deacon, Elder, Sunday School Teacher and Bus Driver.
Preceded in death by his son, Gerald and his three brothers, he is survived by his wife Hester; daughter, Pamela Parker of S. Euclid and daughter-in-law, Margo Parker of Akron.
There will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to the United Presbyterian Church of Cuyahoga Falls, 2819 Hudson Drive, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221 or the Gardens of Western Reserve, 45 Chart Rd, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223.
