Gloria Brown

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Gloria Marie Brown, 83, passed away at her residence April 26, 2009. Mrs. Brown was born in Barberton and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1961. She had worked as a prep cook at McDonalds for 17 years and loved her cats. She also loved fishing, sewing, had a green thumb and enjoyed crossword puzzles. She had the first triplets born in Barberton Citizens Hospital.

Preceded in death by her husband, Robert Charles Brown; daughter, Michelle Paulette Brown; sisters, Dorothy Gerbasi and Pauline Lee and brothers, Jack Wolfe and John Wolf, she is survived by her children, Gene Charles Brown of Akron, Gloria Lee (John) Kline of Cuyahoga Falls, Robert Joseph (Rahma Renee) Brown of Goose Creek, SC, Georgia Lynn (Don) Betleyoun of Canal Fulton and Gary Stephen (Linda) Brown of Cuyahoga Falls; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Joy Carmany of Barberton and best friends, Rita and the late Bill Young.

Friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm Wednesday in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Thursday, Evangelist Cynthia Meadows officiating.
