CUYAHOGA FALLS -Harry Edward Kline, 88, passed away peacefully at his home February 20, 2007. Mr. Kline was born September 6, 1918 in Wooster, soon moved to Akron and went to Central High. He served his country in the Philippines during WW2 and retired from B. F. Goodrich after 40 years service. He was a life member and past-commander of VFW Bob Appleman Post 3294 and American Legion Charles Faust Post 281 and a member of Cooties Pup Tent #3 and FOE 2207. He was an avid fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandra Jean Smith and is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ruth (Dannemiller); sons and daughters-in-law, Edward and Lois of Stow and John and Gloria of Cuyahoga Falls; 10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; sister, June Walters of Akron and was loved by all.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 pm TONIGHT in The Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls where a Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Friday, Pastor John Hopson officiating. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens. A Military Service will be conducted by American Legion Charles Faust Post 281.
