Hazel Clemens

Stow - Hazel "Pat" Clemens born July 4. 1931, passed away September 21, 2013 surrounded by her family.
Born in Woodland, Pennsylvania, she lived in the Cuyahoga Falls area for the last 75 years, graduating from Falls High School in 1949. Mrs. Clemens had worked for Firestone Tire and Rubber Co. as a service director and later as a secretary, later retired from Sherwin-Williams. She was also a member of First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls.

Preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Jared, Pat is survived by her children Brenda (George) Rilling of Cuyahoga Falls, Karen (Kevin) Pike of Piedmont, Alabama, Blake (Shawnee) Clemens and Craig (Beckey) Clemens, both of Cuyahoga Falls, and David (Denise) Clemens of Gray, Maine; 9 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the Heather Knoll Staff, especially, Victoria, Jody, Beth and Liz. Also they would like to thank Hospice of Summa, especially, Debbie and Beth for all their compassion and care.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 5th at The First United Methodist Church of Cuyahoga Falls, 245 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls. Rev. Marvin Brown officiating. Final resting place Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances Memorials may be made to Hospice of Summa, PO Box 2090, Akron, OH 44398-6153 or your favorite Charity.
