Hazel Lauterhahn

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Hazel Murray Lauterhahn, 90, passed away October 8, 2006.

Mrs. Lauterhahn was born in Sherman, Texas and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls for over 58 years. A loving wife and mother to her family she was a former member of J.C. Wives, volunteered at Akron General Medical Center and was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Cuyahoga Falls where she was a member of United Methodist Women's Bible Study.

Preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Carl, she is survived by her daughter, Linda (Richard) Green of Stow and son, Larry (Cathy) Lautherhahn of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren, Josh (Cheryl) Green, Jon (Jennie) Green, Kyle Lautherhahn and Meredith (Jonathan) Fraysure; great-grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth and Jack Matthew and sister-in-law Patricia McKinley.

Friends may call from 5:00 till 8:00 pm Tuesday in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, where a funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Rev. Susan Lausch officiating. Interment Chestnut Hill Memorial Park. The family suggests memorials to the charity of your choice in her memory.
