CUYAHOGA FALLS - Helen E. Hayes, 96, passed away December 11, 2009.
She was born in Haigler, Nebraska to Claude and Mary Sheets on December 15th, 1912. Helen graduated from West High School in 1931. Helen lived in Cuyahoga Falls 75 years and was a member of the First United Methodist Church
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harlan R. Hayes who died in 1982 and seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by daughter Barbara (Robert) Sutter of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren Mark Sutter of Akron and Mary (William) Blake of Hoover, AL; and great grandchildren Ashley and Brandon Blake and Christopher Marshall.
Friends may call one hour prior to an 11 am Funeral Service Wednesday at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, Rev. Marvin Brown officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
