Helen Pilleggi

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Helen Pilleggi, 84, passed away July 7, 2014. She was born in Akron and resided in Cuyahoga Falls since 1961. Helen worked as a cook and butcher for Akron City Hospital for 33 years going on to work for the Paradise Club for 14 years. She was member of the Stow Sunshiners and loved to play bingo.
Preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Rachubka; 2nd husband, Sidney Pilleggi; son, Garry Rachubka; parents, John and Rose Lakatos; brother, Steve (Mary Lou) Lakatos; she is survived by her good friends, Martha and Dave Hawkins; The Juszli family, Dolly Yazvec and family, Rose Seprino, Mary Bissler; and nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 5-7 PM on Thursday July 10, 2014 in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH, 44221, where a funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Friday July 11, 2014 . Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of other remembrances memorials may be made to the Haven of Rest 175 E. Market St. Akron, OH, 44308 or the Interval Brotherhood 3445 S.
