Henrietta Cook

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Henrietta M. Cook, 88, passed away May 12, 2015. Born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, she was a resident of Cuyahoga Falls most of her life. She was a member of First Christian Church of Cuyahoga Falls, and had been a seamstress at Weathervane Theater.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett Franklin and Rosella (Sams) Guinn, husband, Jacob E., brothers, John "Bill", Edward, Eugene, and Milton, and sisters, Reva and Evelyn. Henrietta is survived by her sons, Everett of Las Vegas and Jacob Jr. (Terri) of Silver Lake; daughter Carol Ann (Grant) Rhodes of Hartville; many grandchildren and step-grandchildren; brothers, Jerry (Bev) Guinn of Akron, and Lyle (Vi) Guinn of Cuyahoga Falls; sister, Donna (Malcomb) Stockman of Akron; and many nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held Monday, May 18 at 12:00 pm at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Rev. Gail Lindsey officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of other remembrances, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church, 2253 Third St., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Services entrusted to Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home and Crematory, 330-928-2147.
