Hubert Woods

CUYAHOGA FALLS - Hubert J. Woods, 91, passed away November 25, 2017. He was born in Bolair, WV to Condra and Bessie and resided in Peninsula since 1970. Hubert served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He worked as a coal miner, going on to retire from the Parker Hannifin Corp. in 1989.

Preceded in death by his sisters, Betty and Katie; brothers, Huling, Harry, Scotty and Billy; he is survived by his wife, Wilda J. of 70 years; daughter, Kathy (Art) Holmes; grandchildren, Christopher and Daniel Holmes; sisters-in-law, Wanda Woods and Marge Woods and nieces and nephews.

Friends may call 2 hours prior to a 3 PM memorial service on Thursday November 30, 2017 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
