Jack Davis, Sr

CUYAHOGA FALLS -Jack H. Davis, Sr, 67, died unexpectedly at his residence August 11, 2006. Mr. Davis was born in Akron and had resided in Cuyahoga Falls for 36 years. He retired from the Summit County Fiscal Office in 2003 and had served with the U. S. Navy for 12 years. He was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church, FOPA Lodge 31 and the American Legion Charles Faust Post 281.

Mr. Davis is survived by his wife of 45 years, Janet M; sons and daughters-in-law, Howard and Beth and her son, Joel McHan of Akron, Robert and Teresa of Manassas, VA, Jack H. Jr. and Kathie of Cuyahoga Falls and Todd and Amy of Akron and grandchildren, Shannon, Kristen, Scott and Peter.

The Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm TONIGHT in the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 am Monday in Redeemer Lutheran Church 2141 5th St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221, Pastor Keith Johnson officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
